• Sauvignon Blanc Crafted in the heart of Israel’s historic wine region, this Sauvignon Blanc is a superb expression—crisp, smooth, and intensely aromatic. Made from a meticulous selection of our finest grapes, it embodies purity and elegance. Serve well-chilled for maximum refreshment.
   

• Chenin Blanc 2024 – Picked early in the Judean Hills to lock in vibrant acidity, this bright-straw Chenin Blanc opens with spring-flower, guava, and ripe citrus aromas edged by Anjou pear. Partial aging in fine oak adds subtle depth to a medium body that layers tart pear, lime, and stony minerality. A lingering finish reveals honeydew, green apple, and a whisper of hazelnut. Serve chilled.
   

• Chardonnay 2024 – Born in the Judean Hills, this crisp, smooth, and aromatic Chardonnay is crafted from Shiloh’s finest grapes. Ten months of fermentation and aging in French oak weave subtle richness into its fresh orchard-fruit core. Serve chilled.
   

• ROSÉ 2024 – Elegant. Refreshing. Vibrantly Israeli. Delicately fruit-forward and refreshingly elegant, this rosé delights the palate with vibrant notes of red berries and sweet tropical fruits.
