This wine was made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, fermented and then aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. Barrel fermentation gave the wine an elegant texture on the mid palate while having a pleasant and sophisticated mineral acidity. It boasts a tropical fruit and peach aroma. The palate echoes yellow apples and sweet pineapple. It is best paired with grilled fish, pasta with olive oil and sauteed vegetables. Serve chilled.
