Deep purple in color, with crushed black and red cherries on the nose, juicy red plums, and hints of nutmeg and black pepper. Full-bodied and concentrated, with layers of cherries and sweet and sour plums, crushed blackberries, black licorice, spicy oak, black pepper, clove and vanilla, with tannins gently coating the gums on the long and generous finish.
